I am almost done with my first week of Kindergarten and “I can” do this! Last night mom and dad went to Back to School Night to hear all about the wonderful things and I am going to do this year! Mom also has been busy with being one of my Home Room Parents so she has already seen some of the things we have done. I LOVE Kindergarten and wake up early (on my own) because I am ready to go! I LOVE my teacher and give her a hug every morning. I also LOVE riding the bus home! I sit with my great friend Maddie and think it is the coolest thing!

I am currently at school right now but I was very excited to start this morning! No tears from me and mom held it together well!

Today was our meet and greet at school today. Here is a picture of Maddie and I walking into our classroom for the first time! A little overwhelming. I was sent home with a DVD of a “Welcome to Kindergarten”…mom watched with me and for some reason is crying. Also already sporting a magnet on moms car for my school and have our mascot stuffed animal:>

Today the class lists were posted….BIG news…my great friend Maddie is going to be in my class!!! I even met my teacher (because of security, will not be listed) and she is SUPER NICE!! It is going to be a great year!!!

We met up at school today to look at the lists…after looking into out classroom we hit the playground!

Grandma and Grandpa came for a visit this past weekend. They just got back from a cruise to Alaska…we got to hear all about it! We had so much fun playing with you and getting to talk about our adventures! Thank you for all the fun goodies you brought us! We love you and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Again mom and dad are WAY behind on their posts but a couple of weekends ago we went camping with some of our good friends up to Big Basin! Man did we have fun…hiking, eating, getting dirty and lots of laughing! Here are some pics…mom and dad might add more this weekend:>

We love a good dance party….even camping we were able to have one and this time with Glow Sticks!

Today at swim lessons my teacher said I was ready to swim WITHOUT fins or a bar bell! Man did I nail it! She was so surprised a 3 1/2 year old could swim with great form for a long time! Mom stood up clapping and I think my teacher my have come to tears! Yes, I am a super strong fishy in the water! Love it people!

I know mom and dad have been slacking on the weekly posts (REALLY slacking) but if you join Facebook and become their friend you will probably get daily stories/pics of us. Remember my good pal Jacob from Marina Del Rey??!!! I have known him since I was sixth months old…said good-bye to him almost 3 years ago and today I got to see him again in San Francisco. He is there on vacation with his family and they were so nice to invite us to come to the city for the day and spend time with them! I had fun hanging out with him at Pier 39, but sadly had to leave early so mom could sign me up for the school bus (yes, weird but there are limited spots and they go quickly! Yes, I got a spot:>). So good to see you old pal and hope to see you again soon!!!
