Today we went to one of our favorite places…the zoo! Lizzy and Peter were able to come too! We had a great time looking at the animals, riding the merry-go-round, riding the train and brushing the goats in the petting zoo.

Last week daddy came home from work early to take us to the San Mateo Fair! We decided we would give mom the night off and we had a fun evening date with dad! Of course the rides were our favorite but we also loved looking at the animals! I found a white bunny and would you believe it it was named “Snow White” (which I am totally obsessed with lately!). We even tried cotton candy but Drew and I did not like it:< Thanks for the fun evening dad!

Last week we ended our summer classes and this week we started some of our fall classes. I now swim on Monday mornings-I also lucked out I am the only one in my class so I get to swim the entire time! I was pretty wiped out after my lesson this morning:> In two weeks I start school again on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Next week I get to meet my new teacher and see my new classroom-stay tuned for pics.

Paige will also be busy this fall. She will be taking Mommy and Me dance and gymnastics. She has one more year until she starts preschool.

Many fun things coming up…did we also tell you we are going to Disneyland in a couple of weeks! We are very excited! Stay tuned!

On Saturday Gram and Pap came to have a slumber party with us! Mom and dad hit the city to see Wicked and spend the night…something about them needing a little break:> We had a great time with Gram and Pap and thank them for watching us while mom and dad were gone!

This weekend we had planned to go to Big Basin in the Santa Cruz mountains but due to the fires we had to cancel. We were all bummed we couldn’t go but mom found last minute a camp site at China Camp off the bay in San Rafael! We had a great site looking out over the bay. I had so much fun helping set up the tents, eating s’mores and using glow sticks in our tent at night! I had so much fun taking walks and climbing trees with Aunt Colleen and Uncle Neil. Like our last trip I started crying at the end because I didn’t want to go! Thanks Aunt Colleen and Uncle Neil for camping with us! We had a great time with you!!!

All morning Saturday I kept saying “camping” and was so upset that my parents weren’t ready to leave at 9am to go camping…I was READY to go! I had a lot of fun on my second camping trip. I really had a lot of fun spending time with Aunt Colleen and Uncle Neil-I call Neil the “silly guy”:> I helped carry wood, make pancakes and took little walks with everyone. I think I was the dirtiest by the end of the trip:>

Every day when I wake up from a nap, Drew and I get some kind of snack as a treat. Lately, because it’s warm out, we’ve been getting push up pops…YUM!!!!

Mom has been trying to get me to let her make pig tails with pretty ribbons like my friend Lizzy. This afternoon I finally let her. She told me she use to wear her hair like that when she was little. Mom also said I could go the fabric store to pick out some different colored ribbon…I LIKED that idea:>

Sunday nights are always fun because we usually spend them goofing off in the backyard and mom and dad let us eat picnic style outside. Paige and I usually find some mischief to get into, but mom dad let us get away with a little more than usual because they think we’re so funny (and because we’re cute!).

Today was our last day of summer soccer. Paige and Mommy were taking a class together and I took a class with my neighbor friends Maggie and Hassen!
