March 2010

On Saturday we headed over to Sausalito to visit the Marin Mammal Center. They take care of injured and abandoned sea life. Mostly seals and sea lions. There were about 70 animals there. An interesting side note…the movie “A Dragon Movie” that just came out…came to the Marin Mammal center to record the barks of the seals…that is the noise they used in the movie for the dragons:>
It was a beautiful day in Marin! Then we headed to Sam’s in Tiburon but it was 1 1/2 hour wait so we headed to where mom and dad use to live before Paige and I were around, Larkspur. We had lunch outside at Marin Brew:> Great day!!!!

Every Monday I have swim lessons and gymnastics. We have been doing this for months and mom never posts pics of our normal Monday activities. Here are some pics from gymnastics (sorry it is a little dark…lighting was bad). Today was also Paige’s last day of mommy and me class…next session she starts class without mom…that officially ends mom participating in any of our classes. We are BIG kids now!

This weekend we celebrated Trevor’s birthday at Pump It Up! One of our favorite places!!! Happy 4th Birthday Trevor!

(Yes, that is Drew! He was pretty fast down that slide!)

I took a very late nap today so mom and dad let me hang out in bed with them after Drew went to bed so I could watch Snow White. I LOVED it! I was laughing out loud and yelling at the dwarfs. What a fun (and late) night for me!

One of our favorite places has been closed for almost two years for remodeling and opened back up this week! Happy Hallow has rides and a zoo, there was so much to do we only hit the rides today (EVERY ride that is!!) We love zoo animals but the thrill and excitement of the rides are the best. Our friends, Trevor, Connor, Lizzy and Peter also joined us today! Grandma and Grandpa gave us a membership for our birthday and that is one of the best gifts!! Thank you Grandma and Grandpa, you will have to join us sometime! We will be back many times because there is so much to see and do!!!

Started off small with the cars (Drew, Paige and Connor)

Had to ride the ladybug with my pal Trevor!

Took a break to watch the puppet show! Lizzy, Trevor, Drew and Paige

Trevor and I got cut off from Paige and rode it before her but she still wanted to ride it all by herself! What a brave big girl she is becoming (and it went up high!).

The fastest ride in the park, the roller coaster! I hate the load sounds but LOVE to ride the roller coaster! I may look afraid but I LOVED it!

Paige even got to ride on the roller coaster! She was too short to sit by herself so mommy had to ride with her (but mommy didn’t complain she likes them too:>) Paige was serious, no crying but LOVED riding the roller coaster for her first time!!!

I walked into Drew’s room yesterday and found him sorting and organizing all his goodies from his pinata bucket on the bed. I was very impressed with how neat and organized it was…he takes after his mom:>

The leprechaun visited again! We found shamrocks all over the house even on our bedroom doors. He tipped over chairs and plants and even made a fort with our chairs and a blanket. But he left us some treats! The leprechaun even made a mess out of my classroom! There were green footprints everywhere! Top of the morning to ya and hope you have a great St. Patrick’s Day!

I do love presents and cake but I kept telling mom “do you know what I like best of all?? Celebrating with my friends and family”!

I was very spoiled by everyone and received some great gifts! My friends and family know me well! I have hours of fun ahead of me!! Thank you all for making my day so special!

So excited to see that I got a razor! (a scooter)

Cars to go on a new CARS ramp I got.

Music time! My friend Trevor has a guitar and now we can play jams together:>

“Happy birthday to me”

Sunday was my actual birthday. I was really lucky because my friend Jack had his birthday party that morning at one of my favorite places, Pump It up (a jumpy house place). Then for dinner I met up with some of my friends at Red Robin!!! Yummy!

On Saturday I had a CARS themed party at my house. A lot of friends and family came over to celebrate. We had a jumpy house, a magical fairy that put on a magic show, painted our faces and made balloon animals and of course a pinata! Mom and dad were pretty busy during the party and were able to get a couple of pics…so sorry if you are not included.

Yummy!

Everybody jump jump!

All four of us ready to get our party on!

Face painting time!

I was a pirate:>

Ready for the magic show!

Maddie and Paige painted the same things-beautiful!

Before the pinata mom had everyone decorate a bucket with CAR stickers. Then we filled them up with goodies from the pinata!

Pinata Time!
